THE TOWN Of PEIHAM, Hampshire County, was established January 15, 1743, prior to which time it was the common land called New Lisburne. June 16, 1788, a part of Bekhertown was annexed to Pelham. January 28, 1822, a part of Pelham was included in the new town of Prescott.
